SHUT follows a girl in her room, but the film doesn't really have a narrative structure, but rather a combination of random scenes, an interweaving of reality and dreams. SHUT is expressed through objects that are placed unreasonable in space or objects that are natural but interact with the character in an unusual way such as a rope, bottle, door, or a tree, that raise questions about separation, physical limitations or symbols of isolation, lack of connection.
